Plstr is operated by Richard Moore, a sole trader (address: 6 Farm Lane, Send, Woking, Surrey, GU23 7AT). In this policy “we” means Richard Moore. We collect and use your data to run the plasterer directory and quote-matching service.

Data we collect

For visitors: when you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone, postcode and job details. For plasterers: we collect business and contact details, postcode, proof documents and payment information.

How we use it

Quote requests are shared with plasterers matched by location so they can contact you. We use your postcode only to match you with nearby tradespeople. We use plasterer data to display the directory and process payments and leads.

Sharing

We share your contact and job details only with plasterers who are matched to your job and (for paid leads) have unlocked the lead. We use Stripe for payments and Resend for email; they process data according to their privacy policies.

Your rights
